Inner-ear anatomy

Licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Geometry was re-oriented and cleaned, with membranous ducts, cristae, cupulae, and hair cells added. The head is generated procedurally.

Educational use

The model illustrates mechanisms using simplified assumptions. It does not reproduce every patient’s anatomy or physiology and is not a diagnostic tool or individual treatment recommendation. Additional modelling assumptions and references are available in the model’s “Laws & credits” panel.
